Streets - Debris/Litter (Right Of Way - Non Road)
Select to report debris or litter located in the city's right-of-way. For objects in the ROADWAY that may affect traffic, please call the Customer Contact Center at 757-382-2489 between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. To report objects in the roadway after the Customer Contact Center's regular business hours, please call the Police Department's non-emergency number 757-382-6161.
